FIBER ART:
Pat spent a number of years living in central New Jersey, where she chose the fiber art medium with its variant textures to express her creativity. Using free motion quilting and creative embroidery techniques, Pat designed colorful, abstract wall hangings very organic in nature, fluid in form, and highly tactile in texture.
Her fiber work has been exhibited at the National Quilting Museum in Paducah, KY; the New England Quilt Museum, Lowell, MA; the Embroiders Guild of America: Margaret Parshall Gallery; Schweinfurth Art Museum, Auburn, NY; the International Quilt Festival, Houston, TX; the Festival of Quilts, Birmingham, England, among others. Pat’s work has also been published in several books and periodicals.
